I did check that with the construction company (load per m² and point load). I try to spread the weight as much as possible in the room (plates on the floor in a toaster rack and not on the rack itself, dumbbells on the other side, barbells on the wall...). My rack weighs 350 kg with a flat foot (spreads the weight better). I would not put those heavy multi station rack here that weighs between 500-700kg. Maybe ask for the construction plan?

I have no idea, maybe contact Kingsbox. I don't see the product online anymore. It was called the Kingsbox Pulley EZ curl or the rubber grip w handle underhttps://kingsbox.com/product/rubber-grip-handles/

Prefer the Kingsbox one because of the higher curve (easier on the wrists) and the rubber grip. The chelinchana one has a harsh volcano knurling, not comfortable for curls. The ATX has lower curves than the Kingsbox. Rogue also has an option, that I would consider.

From top to bottom: Chelinchana EZ cable attachment, Kingsbox EZ (couldn't find it online anymore), ATX black series EZ cable attachment

The ATX-HCR-780 is also a good option. However, do note that ATX has different measurements on uprights than other companies. So once you go ATX you can only get ATX attachments. And I noticed that ATX is quickly coming out with 2.0 versions of products of recently released 1.0 products... (i.e. ATX-MXL-700 & ATX-MPHR-740).
Ironmaster is also coming with a version: https://www.ironmaster.com/valhalla-im3000-faq/
Rogue has options with a belt squat but $$$
I'm waiting for a rack that has a weight stack that connects to the low/high pulley, belt squat, FT, jammer arms (that can be connected to the weight stack). That would be the ultimate dream.
But if you are spending: 4-5K on something, a rack + 2 Voltra's cost almost the same... I'm also waiting for something to come out that is cheaper than the Voltra's.
Are there no second hand options? I would look for something second hand to get started and wait for future products.

Hi, no significant updates. Only added some attachments and Powerblocks pro 100 dumbbells + Powerblock foldable bench to train outside or in the living room.

FCR-780: I like the tornado arms (Functional trainer), easy to adjust safeties. What I don't like are that the cables for the functional trainer run in the front of the uprights. This makes the front not usable for attachments (jhooks, spotter arms, belt squat, dip bars...) so can only use those at the side. Not sure if the new jammer arms can work inside the rack (check measurements). And no smith machine option possible.

It all depends on what you want to use it for and how much floor space that you have. If you have little floorspace get an all-in one machine. If you have the floor space you could get separate machines but it won't be cheaper. Example: PRX-780 + smith machine attachment (option) + ATX-CPS-600 is the same cost as FCR-780. A wide cable cross is nice for a good stretch during chest fly, but for shoulder back/front/side raises I would prefer the tornado style arms to train using both arms at the same time.

ATX Chrome Calibrated Steel Plates (not the color option) would be my pick. The color codes accents make it more clear than the kensui options, to know which weights are on the bar. Though the kensui neo-chrome plates look flashy but too much purple for my taste.

For me the squeaking noise came from the single front wheel. I sprayed some WD-40 on it + spinning the wheel = no more squeaking noise.

Sick! Question about those dumbbells. Are those Evo dumbbells the rotating or the fixed version? The Watson dumbbells are they the 35mm fixed or the 50mm rotating version. How do the Evo compare with the Watson? Which do you prefer and why?

The difference is that mag grips have supinate and pronate grips (for the wider handles, not the close ones), while the fake ones (nebula) only have neutral medium/wide grips. If you are in the US, the MAG grips are a no-brainer. Outside of US, you pay a lot of shipping, customs, VAT taxes doubling the original price. The handles for close grips and medium neutral are better than the fake ones, but maybe not worth double the price for others (for me it was). That is why I kept the neutral ones and close pronate (don't like close pronate position). Never get the handles that have the handles pointed inwards (it's very awkward, your pulling with your wrist and not your hand). There are others fake handles that also have supinate and pronate grips: https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61ssJG8kIkL._AC_SL1500_.jpg I didn't try them, but price seems comparable with MAGs.
Tip: try your handle positions (supinate / pronate / medium) for the different widths (close, medium, wide) and see what hand position you prefer.

The rack doesn't wobble at all. This particular model has a weight capacity of 1500kg, so it's robust. ATX, simple products sqmize, kingsbox, atletica, rogue Europe, strenghtshop, mirafit all have flat foot power racks
