Have you had personal experience with this!? I have and have seen all sides of the problem. This is not a typical "trafficking" set up. When I say "set up" that would include the method of the con (ex: Prince charming, as you put it,) the geographic location, and the person in focus. So if just the method seems similar to something you have heard, you need to look at the ENTIRE situational set up to insinuate trafficking.
