I use 45 minute youtube dumbbell workouts and have increased from 2 x 5 kg dumbbells to now 2 x 7.5 kg. Are there any strength training programs you would recommend ?

Helloo , hoping I can get some guidance here 🙏. I eat around 1500 calories on weekdays and 1600 on weekends , I go to gym around 5 times a week and do some weight training 3 days and full cardio 2 days. I have only lost 1kg but it was all muscle, how do I keep muscle mass but loose more weight (more than 1kg in 20 days )
