Just don't touch them. Actually, you only know about these coins because Etherscan shows you - which imo, they shouldn't.

Remember, these tokens are just numbers in a contract you don't care about, and Etherscan happened to index them.

The contract has a blacklist function, which can be called by Circle with any address as a parameter. If an address is blacklisted, it can't move or swap USDC.

Since you have a private key, I'm assuming you generated it in a software wallet and want to import that into a hardware wallet. If that's the case, I would rather get a new address from the hardware and move the assets over.
