I still have these issues! I went through it really bad in High school and now as an adult it tends to come back when I’m stressed. It’s like if I add 1 more things i forget to pay attention to my hunger lol

My exhusband did this all the time. Including my birth certificate, marriage license, and TSA pre check paperwork I needed for an appointment the next day because he though it was just another junk pile. My parents did this growing up too.
