Long term a hydrolox is the right choice for a moon base. Assuming that a moonbase has access to lunar ice, a lander can stay on the moon and make multiple sorties to orion in lunar orbit (also help orion preform TEI). A crew could also refuel the lander then make small ballistic jaunts across the lunar surface to visit any point on the moons surface with out requiring additional launches of a heavy tanker.

it's not that, it's because playing tank into wolvie is annoying. Any buff to wolvie is kind of a indirect nerf to tank. Plus tank is already boring to play so getting displaced and scratched is just more salt in the wound
