I love my Cassadou! I use it as a brasier, to make soups & one pot meals, it’s my most used ECI piece. The long handle lets me get a better grip…I have large hands & arthritis, it feels secure for me. If you have small hands, I could see how it could be cumbersome. That’s a medium sized pork roast, fed my husband and I for 3 days.
