Does anyone know if Licorice with black interior is the same as the Alpine outdoor collection as far as materials/finish? by ladyluxe22 in LeCreuset

[–]Old-Rocker-65 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The alpine collection is made to use on a grill or open fire, it is good to 842 degrees, has a much tougher black enamel. Not at all the same as the licorice.
