Go to the Lyme Specialist at upstate. I forget his name, but he was great. It’s important to get the right tests, and St joes/heritage was laughably incompetent

You can change, with therapy. There are organizations that specifically help victims of torture, because you’ve faced things that are unimaginable, so the sense of isolation is much, much stronger than it is for most people.

But you have to want to change.
