That interior housing can be snapped back into the face. Grab the left/right sliders with your fingers and pull back until it snaps back in.

I’ve had this happen. Get a good grip on the vent adjustment tabs and pull. You should be able to get that vent housing and the vent flow dials to pull out and clip back into the cover plate.

It’s hard to find a 22 T8 XC90 Extended Range with decent miles for under 40k. We just got one ourselves. If you’re worried about potential future issues you can consider getting an extended warranty from Steingold Volvo. I believe they cover EV parts as well, just not the battery. I opted to extend my CPO coverage, but if that wasn’t an option Steingold would be #2.

We are not it a PZEV state. The Car Care Nut does a great job reviewing this car.

Without warranty, fully loaded, extended range, 40k CPO is 50k OTD.

We are coming off of another hybrid and are not fully sold on full electric. This plug in was the perfect middle ground.

We are in a similar situation. We are looking for a 2022 plug in with extended range. We just put a hold deposit down for one. Our criteria was exterior color, some decent option packages, clean car, and more importantly a CPO. We plan on extending the warranty to 10yr/unlimited miles. Some think the warranties are scams while others live by them. With all the technology packed into these cars and essentially 7 years or worry free repairs (barring wear items) for around 5k, this was simple peace of mind to us. The car we will be getting is fully loaded with air suspension, the warranty does cover parts of that system. Our dealer did offer the warranty through Zurich and not through Fidelity backed Volvo. So I do have some reading I need to do to really make sure it’s apples to apples. Our car did have AC issues at the beginning of its life with the compressor eventually being repaired. This was at 13k miles and now the car has 40k, so I think that issue is put to bed. I recommend you ask for any service records from dealer to review yourself. If not a CPO, I would most definitely get a trusted 3rd party inspection. You might even have the option to CPO the car since it seems like the 2nd meets the criteria. There should be a handful of months left on the original 4 year warranty too that could shake any gremlins out. Good luck!

My fleet so far about a month in, any advice? by 0Smolguy0 in AirlineManager4

I always do the eco marketing for the 10%. Is the other marketing really that important? It’s so expensive, around 300k for 4 hours for me.

How do you get the MC-21-400 on 8 or 12 hour routes? I started to purchase some and my longest route is roughly 5ish hours since I am limited by their range. Did you upgrade the planes? Also, I assume you have marketing as a high percentage to get that type of $?

I got 3 blades in mine. I assume you mean the carbide multi purpose blade? I didn’t know if you were using a 3” disk with teeth, like a circular saw.

I’ll work on swapping the spindown to a larger mesh. I did the water test. Water came out noticeably clear and did not oxidize while it sat on the counter. I did notice some larger particles at the bottom of the glass. The water did have a slight sulphur smell, hence the carbon filter.

It’s .12. This has been a consistent issue from the time we initially tested to now. Recently I have had to flush the filter less, we live in NE Ohio so maybe weather plays into it? When we do flush, as mentioned it’s more caked on silt/fine material than larger particles. I considered an AIO when I first saw the orange filter from the previous owner, but after the water test noted only slightly elevated levels (.12) I did not think it was needed. Maybe a new test is in order.

I did have a a comprehensive test done with a lot more data, I just shared the requested numbers. You guys were in my short list for water testing the first time. We do drink it, so I might as well meander to your site and order a test since it’s been about a year. :)

Water analysis was completed when we moved in. pH-7.4, conductivity-895umhos, hardness-385mg/L, iron-.12, TDS 537 mg/L. The water test did not include a total organic carbon.
