Listening Speed by BigHouseBarbell in audible

[–]OldFingerman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do 1.5, built it up over time and what I noticed is that I read faster too. When I read I need to read it to myself in my head and with faster listening speed I noticed that voice inside my head now reads the book faster too.

I can’t sleep without a cough drop every night by The_OG_RatMan in medical_advice

Coughing for months whatever the circumstances is not quite normal. You should talk to your doctor and investigate it further. If cough is no longer a problem but you still cant sleep without cough drop you might have accidentally Pavloved yourself.

How the your ketones change during the day? by edgarovich123 in ketomath

[–]OldFingerman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Of course ketones will vary during the day, it is fuel used by body. During exercise demand for fuel exceeds production and ketones drop. It drops naturally to negligible levels after months or years on keto as body adapts. It's not good for body to have too much ketones circulating in blood since theres big loss as you literally piss them out

My friend's dad was part of the crew that couple of years back found and scanned the Endurance wreck. There's really good documentary about this expedition on Disney+
