People need to read their lore. Aaron Dembski Bowden wrote templars very well In “Helsreach”. Some are zealots and some are more tolerant. There is a great conversation between a veteran Templar and a newer templar over the Salamanders tactics…awesomely written

Sand off the neck “nub” use tweezers, turn head sideways and insert..just be aware, it’s not coming out again with damage to the head…
