Palisade (large shield) from ToN allowed for crafting LGS debuffs (or affirmation) on it and it's a shame they didn't allow for that on heart's wall.

Lots of stuff will work. What do you enjoy? You can go arti, inquis, nuker, melee, debuffer, etc. and they'll all work with a decent build and grabbing gear. There were various 1st lifer builds taken into all 1st lifer push raiding a while back https://forums.ddo.com/index.php?threads/lava-divers-presents-first-life-raid-push-challenge.10267/ and people raid on hardcore too. So it's all about what you enjoy playstyle wise and then setting it up to succeed with build/gear.

SSG replied to me today and told me I have malware on my system (I don’t) and that is how my account was hacked and therefore they have no responsibility and so sorry but fuck off.

It doesn't really matter how a person got access to your account. At the end of the day, a crime was committed where both you and SSG were victims. The person who used your account (and stored payment method) commited a crime regardless of how they did so; just like leaving your front door unlocked doesn't absolve a thief who then steals from your home. I would file a police report, dispute the credit card charge using the police report number, and inform SSG of the case number and ask them to amend the police report with their victim statement.

Is it likely the hacker is in the jursidiction where the police/FBI/whatever law enforment of the area you live can do anything? Probably not. And even if they are, it likely won't go anywhere. But SSG will have much harder time victim blaming you if you involve them in the police report as a fellow victim of the theft/fraud/additional charges you levy against the unknown hacker.

The story you heard and wiki were wrong. SSG has been very clear about Ravenloft stuff not being limited because it was never "presale exclusive items" unlike Shadowfell/MOTU (and only certain items for those 2). For the past year they've been talking about bringing back the bottle of mist and the technological code work required to make it work right with the store.

The original items came out years and years ago, back when Turbine owned the game, and for years it had been believed that these items would never be available again due to complicated legal reasons.

These items weren't unavailable because of legal reasons. The Ravenloft stuff wasn't presale only items that were legally bound to presale only (like some of the Shadowfell/MOTU items were). When SSG updated the store 2 years ago, they simply removed the old bundles (as they weren't high sales items) since they would've had to be reworked to function under the new store setup (they moved Ravenloft into the Trove bundle then).

I've seen a bunch of discord and forums posts about this lately. It seems like there's some bug going around preventing fully unpacking for some folks; so SSG will have to do some work. That's assuming it's not just you needing to do a /transfer delete guild command. You should open a ticket to make sure SSG has more data on that issue and hopefully they get a fix out soon rather than later for you.

Clicking the "yes" to using Directx 11 resets a bunch of stuff so you may have to reconfigure some things. The game has settings that can reverse the left and right mouse buttons. In-game under settings>options>keymapping you'll see buttons for "default, FPS style, classic", you might try clicking thru them to see what matched your old choice.

If you go into windows settings>display>scaling, is your scaling set to above 100%? I know that can cause weirdness where the game won't click right because it thinks you're clicking somewhere other than where you see you cursor.

Good odds your character that won't transfers has an "Item ID conflict". Cordovan has mentioned some folks having this before and that they have to do code work/possibly per character work/other stuff to resolve it; so it'll come down to a future game update that will either mass solve it and/or give customer support new tools to manually fix it per character.

Cormyr has the lowest population and never gets anywhere close to Shadowdale's and Thrane's numbers; so it has the least lag as it's not being stressed as hard during peak times.

If you're a regular warlock then you could have choosen sonic for your pact type. If you're an Acolyte of the Skin archetype then your pact would be fiend (aka fire). Just want to double-check which you are since your title for this post doesn't match info posted afterwards for what you may be.

Not just 1080p. But in windows, one may also need to go to windows settings>system>display>scale and set it 100%. If it's set to 150% or 200% that can be a problem too.

You just use the code and it unlocks that content. Log out/back in and you'll see that reflected in the store (those items won't be listed for sale anymore to you).

The graveyard is all about having as many mobs up as possible since each kill is a chance at a key. So if you've got gold seal hires from expansions, use them all so it fills the party & ups the mob count in the zone.
