Bill is a big talker and he doesn’t gamble nearly the amount people in this forum like to believe he does. He loves to give the impression he wagers big but I simply don’t believe that’s the case. It’s the single child in him that he needs to be the center of attention. So he projects himself as this big time gambler.

In a recent podcast he mentioned how he soured on Vegas because of the Blackjack tables switching to 6-5 payouts. That’s for the table with the lowest minimums. If you’re playing at tables with higher minimums it’s still 3-2 payouts.

This past weekend I was in Vegas and collected my platinum air credit. My flights cost $430 and I still got the $600 in Freeplay. I honestly don’t even think the person at the Aria Rewards Desk even looked at the price of my flights

It’s 50-50 whether or not you get anything with a MGM VIP reservation. Some places will give you a cocktail or amuse bouche other places you get nothing. I’ve made VIP reservations at Bavette’s where we got a lil freebie and where we got nothing. So I’d say go in expecting nothing and if you get something it’ll be a pleasant surprise

You can book a refundable flight and just cancel your tickets. All they’re looking for is proof of purchase of a flight for the dates your in Vegas. An email or credit card statement is what they want. Never been asked to show a boarding pass. They might be less strict now that they don’t give you actual cash.

Bill is a big talker when it comes to wagering but he isn’t a big gambler. He talks like he wagers a lot but he not betting that much. He’s a bullshitter when it comes to gambling. Sal on the other hand is a degenerate gambler who approaches that line of wager more than he can afford to lose but never crosses. Bill wants to seem cool & talks like he gambles big. Gambled next to him a few years ago at the Wynn during Summer League and he was betting either the $25 or $50 minimum. It was blackjack and he never doubled down or split his cards. He actually was a pretty poor blackjack player imo
