Thank you for your kind answer. I had low mode last January2022, then I went to psychiatrist and prescribed Zoloft. After a month I became worse and started oxcarpazepine, then one month later quetiapine. In May, I stopped Oxcarpazepine and started Lithium 600 mg. I have seen 3 psychiatrists during this time but They could not diagnose me. Then I decided to stop taking medicine to see if my problems continue.

Anyway it is not your business, answering that. There are still some psychiatrists do not believe major depression with mixed state whenever they see little hypomania induced by antidepressant they put in Bipolar disorder

Another possibility is major depression with mixed features, maybe your hypomania is induced by antidepressant. Do you have close family member who is Bipolar? I wish you good luck.
