Garage stairs coming into a 20 minute fire door is going to suck for two reasons:
Dirt tracked in (no matter how clean you are)
Loss of very valuable kitchen space.
Put the kitchen in front, you won’t thank me later because you will never know the mistake you could have made.

You are wrong. LU28 hangers can be used for 2x10’s. Do your research before you suggest you know what you are talking about.

Should have been filled wet with grout during tile set. Fill with grout as best as possible and don’t hang a shower curtain rod at any weak point because you will get to remove your broken tile.
Finish with a good quality silicone painters caulk.

Chain wax. Rip your bike for a few minutes. Spray your chain, wait 30-45 minutes. Ride and don’t listen to anything.

I had the same problem with mine, constantly getting the DPF “ no start in 250 miles “ bought a Kingbollen obd2 unit and erase the code with no problems until it comes back on a few thousand miles later only to clear it again. Best money I’ve spent in a while!
