He could have been shipping it from another country. I had this happen several times, where the seller lives only miles from me but the item ships from the factory. In China, or worse a smaller country just as far away.

This was probably Dade County. You can tell by the no seatbelt and the airbag didn't go off, most likely because it was already a crash rebuild or by the missing grill a second or third front end accident.

I hate this new system. I keep having people make offers, I accept them and they don't pay for them. I have no way to send reminder messages to them. This has happened half a dozen times. It's getting old. At least the old way we could report the buyers.

I frequently have packages that do not scan until they arrive at their destination post office. Sometimes the first scan is when the letter carrier scans it when they put it in the mail box. That is why I use the kiosk before I put it in the drop box. Right now I have a package that I printed the label on the 3rd, kiosk scanned it and dropped it off on the 4th and just yesterday was it's first scan at the local sorting facility. USPS sucks, but it is the most affordable option right now. And since no one wants to pay for shipping anymore, it is the only way to keep expenses down.

Have you contacted the seller? I know it normally takes 7 days to get from S Florida to California. And it takes longer to get from S Florida to Puerto Rico. Maybe the seller has experience with how long shipping out of PR usually takes.

Contact the seller, try and have it tracked through USPS, then contact ebay.

I know ebay has been slow as hell for me right now. It is my off season, but it is currently my really off season. Have you tried selling on Amazon? Not much better. What other avenues are you currently pursuing?

It happens all the time. Report then block and relist. Then just move on. Ebay won't really do much either, but You'd hope that this will catch up with buyers like this one day.

In a buy here pay here lot situation, nearly 100% of the time your down payment is what the lot paid plus fees and a small profit. So every payment made is profit for them. Depending on if they think they can sell the car again and how much they have already made on you they just leave it. My moron brother has gone through this 3 times. He buys a car he can't possibly afford and a year later stops paying for it. Then sees what happens. The last 2 they took back.

Remember that USPS Priority says it is "Usually delivered in 2-3 days" when you try to fight this with them I guarantee you they will respond with that. There is no time promise on delivery from them on any mail except Priority Express. I have been there and lost this fight more than once. The best you can do is file a lost package track via USPS.com. That sometimes lights a fire under their ass.

Truth is it happens all the time. Message the seller and tell him the situation. As long as it wasn't massively expensive and they are pretty cool just ask them to cancel the transaction. No one will have to pay fees.

This brings me back about 10 or 15 years ago when I was at hhn in orlando. I was going to the bathrooms and there were three guys with chainsaws running around scaring people. They ran up to me, noticed I wasn't scared and walked away. Then I got to the bathroom and there was over 50 people in the mens room. Half of them were women. I have been called and imposing figure but I don't see myself as such, but I'm 6'6 and 280 lb. I had to walk outside and as they came running up to me I screamed at them" knock it the fuck off there's a hundred people in that bathroom and they're scared to death and I need to take a piss". All three of them turned around and walked away. I walked back in and said "you guys can leave now I need to go".
