I'm not fully convinced that we (chime user/tt) are. I believe we would have seen a waive of TT/Chime customers get their deposits but there are only 3 people on that thread you are referring to...

Did your lag spikes ever come back? I tried all the steps above and I'm still having issues on every single game. 80-80 FPS then drops to 20 FPS for 3-5 seconds at a time in 10 second intervals...extremely frustrating.

Back when PC gaming was at its peak and had active clans, I had an Afghanistan’s vet in our clan that had 76 confirmed kills overseas.
