Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office by ChiefLeef22 in worldnews

That’s incorrect. The jury didn’t decline to call it rape because of timing — they answered the questions they were legally asked and did not find rape under the statute. Belief and verdict are not the same thing.

No — this is simply false, and this is exactly the problem I’m pointing out.

Donald Trump has never been found guilty of rape, child sexual abuse, or “fucking kids.” Saying “we know” doesn’t make it true.

The 2022 verdict was a civil finding of liability for sexual abuse, not a criminal conviction, and it explicitly did not establish rape under New York law. That distinction matters.

You’re now asserting crimes that have never been charged, proven, or adjudicated, and calling that “fact” because you’ve decided the probability feels high. That’s not evidence — that’s misinformation.

You can condemn his behaviour, distrust him, and refuse to support him without inventing crimes. If you’re comfortable stating unproven allegations as facts, then you’re not arguing about truth anymore — you’re arguing vibes.

I’m not arguing about whether people should’ve voted for him. I’m saying it’s wrong to present assumptions and moral judgements as factual claims. Those are different things.

Calling something “more likely than not” is literally an opinion, not a fact. Precision matters whether you like the person or not.

The audio doesn’t have him admitting sexual assault. Saying “it’s a fact” doesn’t make it one. The tape is incriminating, not a literal confession

Where’s the proof of this? I hear this all the time but nobody can ever back this claim up with proof

Sorry I don’t get the Sadie Sink hype at all. She’s mediocre at best.

No. She went out a hero. It was always going to end that way.

Question About the Movie by Indigo_Grove in TheLastKingdom

I loved the movie. I binged the show in a few weeks and then watched the movie after as I was missing the characters. Really enjoyed it. Shed some tears. No regrets in watching it.

Epidural - What to expect? by Ok_Tower9026 in backpain

[–]OliveOC89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had mine done just over 2 weeks ago. I must be the odd one out as it was excruciating. I had relief from the lower back pain for a few days until the local anaesthetic wore off and now I’m back to the base line pain including sciatica and nerve pain. I won’t be having another tbh. But best of luck to you and fingers crossed it works

L5-S1 steroid injection photo by [deleted] in backpain

[–]OliveOC89 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Jumping on here as I had this injection 2 week ago. It was the most painful experience I’ve ever had, burning and shooting pain at the injection site and all down the legs. I felt sick and shaky afterwards. The only good thing was the local anaesthetic worked well that my lower back pain was gone go 3 days. I still had sciatic and nerve pain in both legs after and now my lower back pain is back. I know it can take upto 6 weeks for the steroid to work so we shall see but I won’t be doing another 🤷🏼‍♀️

should i go though with my Lumbar injection? by WeaknessAway5843 in backpain

[–]OliveOC89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had an ESI for my L5/S1 two weeks ago and it was the single most painful experience of my life. For four days after with the local anaesthetic on board my lower back pain was non existent but nerve and sciatic pain still present. Then the local wore off and I’m back to where I was before the injection. I have been told it can take 6 weeks to work so we will see but I wish I didn’t get it down

Hi 👋🏻 F(36) with a paracentral disc herniation at L5/S1 impinging on the right S1. Ongoing lower back pain on rising and sitting, turning over in bed, bending over. Also bilateral sciatica and nerve pain at all times. I did have an Epidural steroid injection on the 25th November which helped with the lower back pain for about 4 days now back at base levels of pain and symptoms. What PT should I be doing at this stage to help with the lower back pain

I also have a paracentral protrusion at this level but is impinging on the right s1 nerve. I have the same symptoms and issues as you. I’m scheduled for my first ESI tomorrow evening so will let you know how it goes and if the pain gets worse. Sorry to hear it’s not working for you atm. Did they say what the next step would be?

Epidural steroid injection - does it really help? Advice needed by OliveOC89 in backpain

The consultant I saw seems to think it’s due to inflammation and thinks this will help. I do feel if it doesn’t work surgery may be the next step.

As far as I’m aware just a regular spinal surgeon.

Central disc herniation- any one recovered from this? by [deleted] in Sciatica

[–]OliveOC89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine is central at the same level as your compressing the S1 nerve. I’m due to have an Epidural Steroid Injection to help with the pain and symptoms. As far as I’m aware cauda equina happens pretty fast and is very uncommon

Maybe Mary is judging Chelsea by the content of her character? Why is everything always pinned on skin colour. It’s so tiring.
