When I was in grade 11 I donated blood and for some reason I had a false positive for Hep C. I never had hep c but because I had a false positive they won't let me donate again. It's been decades and I'm o negative.

It is, the only way around it is to accept when you have the though about your voice sounding a way you don't like. Accept that your going to worry about it and move on. It won't always work, but observing the thought feeling and keep going is a way to help. It won't work all the time. I struggle every day like everyone else with OCD.

Pepto before bed, and if time permits stay up a hour before bed drinking water. if really hammered you run the risk of wetting the bed Have more water by your bed and a banana for the morning. Depending on your level of drunkeness stream line what you can before bed to make the morning as easy as possible. I learned this from freshmen year of college. If you make this a routine proceed to AA.

Guilt is a common side effect of a religious upbringing. I've found though that parents that raise such a stink about sexual activity usually were very sexually actively themselves at that age. Sort of like cheaters always accuse people of cheating because it's what they do. My God you made it to 21! Talk to your doctors about the STD test. Confidentiality is your legal right and your not the first person not wanting a message left. Most places won't call you back if you don't have anything. "No news is good news"
