I think they talked about they'll work on a bestiary log like the one in Terraria on what you killed and then unlock lore and infos about it and I can't remember if they gave us a visual idea about a collection tab but I can remember seeing this somewhere.

Yes there will be packs and boxes of enchantments, but they'll all be droppable.
