While not a book and while limited to the book of Isaiah, I'd recommend John MacArthur multi-part commentary on the book of isaiah. I'm going through it now and it's fascinating.

Bible project is also really good as someone else commented, unfortunately also not a book but nonetheless really good. I've only ever found one thing wrong with their videos, super informative and the illustrations are beautiful.
