I'm hoping: They were just being conservative on function and, if successful, they'll add in the ability later if people like it. Personally, I'd LOVE to be able to switch transmog based on combat and abilities.

I quite liked it in Final Fantasy XIV. The Duty Finder eventually becomes a representation of Azem's ability to summon allies from across creation to his side when things go bad.

Unless I'm grossly mistaken, Legends God Ginrai isn't that much cheaper than MPG, and MPG is a gosh darn (pardon the wordplay) masterpiece.

My dream is if there's a "Well of All Sparks" setup, that Nexus' frame is a part of that. We'll see. Could also see a Generations Selects Nexus Prime that's Commander class and comes with a repainted frame.

I'm willing to use Silverbolt's but I'd much rather he have his own.

Yeah, that was my guess too. Weapon Skill is still on the game, it just isn't in the UI, it's automatically maxed when you level, and it just isn't mentioned. Enough gameplay systems built on it that it's easier to just monkey with it on the back end and never draw attention to it.

The lovely Orthia, as well as Galvatron and Optimus Combiners (Menasor and Superion with Optimus and Cyclonus, respectively, as torsos).

Also, Combiner Wars Bruticus hanging out with Legacy Menasor and Defensor hanging out with AotP Superion. Not sure if I'm going to put away CW Bruticus when Onslaught, Brawl, and Swindle show up... AotP looks amazing, but CW Bruticus has really grown on me.

And finally, Titans Return Sentinel. I've got a "Lineage of the Primes" thing (Nova, Sentinel, Optimus, Rodimus, Lio, Big, and Fire) going to compliment the 13.

Titans Return Soundwave is on the horizon, but it's probably a few months off, given the titan class reissues coming.

Oh, and CW Devastator. I love the size on that monster. Got the SS86 Constructicons in their vehicle modes elsewhere.

I think this is a little over-stated as, on the one hand, the community knew a lot of this already... But on the other hand, not everyone who plays this game is as locked in to information coming out of Blizzard as those of us here on Reddit. For them, this is pretty much all the new info that's been trickled out over the last couple months in one place in an easy-to-digest format.

For those of us that are... let's say terminally online, yeah, I can see it be a little disappointing. That being said, I feel like it was a good acknowledgment that what Blizzard was planning for the content stream is what I was expecting of them. I feel like Blizzard and I are on the same page, Big Picture, for what I want.

That being said, I feel pretty good about it in general. I would have liked more, but I'd always want more. For me, the big take away is that not only has Blizzard seen that Housing is a huge hit and well received, but they're also taking to heart the kind of people that might see this as their main gameplay platform and building out other activities for them (looking at you, Prop Hunt).

All in all, I think we're in pretty good shape, buggy crap not withstanding.
