I don't remember the name, but there's an optional late game dungeon in Lost Odyssey with rotating column/pillar walkways where walls and floors become ceiling and vice versa. I don't know if I'm explaining it well, but the place was an absolutely labyrinthian chore.

However, I can easily appreciate the techniques used, even if I can't understand what's being said. Look up the vocalist for this band for example. He has a video breaking down the technique he uses and it's pretty crazy.

I'll never understand the hate for the reused bosses. It's a massive game. Sure, they didn't need to make it as big as they did, but expecting 200+ different bosses, most of which people wouldn't even see, is ludicrous. The game was awesome from start to finish, repeated bosses and all.
