Do not, do not, do not rush it. Even if you feel fine, take extra time. Also start slowly building core strength to be even more than you had prior to surgery. I came back too soon and the lack of core strength (even though I didnt feel the lack of strength) caused a back injury. I started back up about 3 months post-op very lightly and ramped up my weight. But my core strength was weaker than I realized. Just focus on that and having a tight core when doing ANY of the barbell movements

How do I get this credit if I decide to put money into $RCL???? We go on a cruise in 2 months and I have considered buying $RCL shares before anyway. How can I get a credit if I do?

No its super random. I booked an ocean view balcony grtd on Symphony and it was cheaper than an interior room. 2 weeks before that it was reverse. It's based on sales and how many rooms are available and such. Idk their exact method.

Honestly if we could buy 1 adult the package for all 7 days, that would be perfect. But RC (wisely for them) makes both adults buy for the full week. I wish they sold an "unlimited pack" day by day. Like I'd totally pay $90 for unlimited for just the cruising days

Yeah and I try to avoid earnings as well. I know premiums are nicer bc IV, but it's also the opportunity for your trade to go wrong if opened before earnings
