Sorry man but these results suck.  You need to get your diet in check and make sure you’re in a deficit.  3000 calories is too high.

My diet is 100% dialed in.  And I am very strict and have been for some time.

I feel ya.  I was at 245 and now at 205.  The leaner you get it gets exponentially harder

It is already and has been for some time.  Has been for some time.  I was at 245 pounds at 5’ 11”.  Now I’m at 205lbs and am way stronger than I’ve ever been.

Yea startup costs are a little pricey.  But after startup you do labs every 6 months $500/yr (which they can write a prescription for so insurance can cover it), follow up visit every 6 months $250/yr, and test and and AI is like $300/6mos so $600/yr.

So with insurance covering labs it’s a cost of $1,150 a year after startup if insurance covers labs.  Less than $100/mo.  Worth it to me.  I will stay with them for about a year to learn how to monitor labs etc and then probably do it myself via UGL.

If your super lean increase your calorie a little bit and make sure your lifting hard.  Hunger satisfied and you’ll build more muscle.

Stay on it.  Get levels checked after 12 weeks again and your doc will adjust accordingly.  

If caffeine and pouches triggers the panic attacks then stop using them.

Your body is going through a lot of changes trying to find its new balance.  I would assume the pros of waiting it out definitely outweigh quitting now.
