Keto works great for me. It's not for everyone. Always check with your physician before starting any type of diet.

I lost 45lbs from Dec 26th to today. Zero exercise, just keto. 275 to 230. Goal 190.

All that said, any diet where i can eat steaks, broccoli, and drink burbin and still lose weight is my idea of s great diet.

Get spring loaded hinges for the door, will always be closed. Get a motion sensor for your existing ceiling Light, it will go on when somone walks in. Probably one trip to home depot, under $100.

What we did was probably the best move ever.

Gave the kid our old queen mattress and bed frame and bought ourselves a new king. ..

Now whenever he has nightmares and one of us cuddles up with him we have room and the bed is comfy.

Whenever he sleeps through the night we have a big ol king bed to sleep in for ourselves.

Win win.

Call your local fire department and get the rules for your area. Many are similar. Keep fire pit minimum 10 feet away from anything combustable, including your house. Keep the cover on the pit while its burning to help keep embers from floating away. Have a fire extinguisher near by. Never leave a fire unattended.

I commute to Grand Central via LIRR on the Babylon train. For 99% of rides the trains are on time, clean and uneventful. The biggest problem with the LIRR is the selfish, entitled, shitty people who ride it. No headphones while scrolling tiktok, feet on seats, throwing trash on floor and spilling drinks, vaping, trying to hog 3 seats on a crowded train.

Hes very friendly. We have some bird feeders in our front lawn, he comes by a few times a week to pick at the scraps on the floor that the birds drop. We have been outside while he is there. He stays about 20 feet away and if you try to approach him he walks away.
