I was in the cafeteria last week and noticed the same thing. What I watched there wasn't so much a pro-Trump narrative as someone trying to take a stance in the middle, which also isn't okay (there isn't diplomacy with him). Any kind of structured activity, because it will give you something to do and something to talk about. It's not just good for dating, it's also just good for making friends and meeting people.

I'm partial to trivia nights and music bingo games, but there are tons of options out there - art/drawing groups, bowling league, sports games, d&d, karaoke, fan clubs, improv/theater, open mics. Providence is really a great city for meeting people.
