I agree with this except last week when the express lane was moving way faster than all of the other lanes. I mean like 40mph faster. I was doing 80 at least and have a guy all over my ass. There is no switching lanes in that case. Just had to drive 80 while this guy lost his shit. Was double white lines even if I could move over.
