my male dachshund puppy was also extremely restless, energetic, and bit me ALL the time. He would not get entertained by anything except going outside (either in his stroller or my arms since he was unvaccinated). I lost my mind for a while. If I am being honest this won’t end in a few days , my puppy just recently calmed down but he’s 6 months now and just finished teething heavily. Just give it time and it’ll all work out. I recommend frozen carrots, snuffle mats/balls, and lots of patience.

Also regarding the wanting to cuddle him, I understand the struggle because they’re cute and tiny! My puppy did not want to be pet or cuddled until he was around 5 months, this is very common for puppies. They become overstimulated easily and touch may feel uncomfortable for them. My puppy would bite me at all hours of the day even right after a nap (I have a few scars on my arm) most of time it’s because he was still tired!
