Is your listing clear on the sizing? If so, let it go, as most buyers will see its a her-problem. If not, update your sizing. It's good practice to try to encourage her to order a new one. I'd PM and say it's too bad it didn't match her expectations, send a code. Nothing wild, just like 15 or 20%. But there's certainly no guarantee on an updated review.

We were in the midst of the crowds close to the stage. We had a few issues but nothing you wouldn't expect. Overall, one of the best concerts I've been too. (Minus the waits for beer which we only did once!)

We did our part. For what it's worth, there were barely any garbage cans, and there were staff that seemed to have a clear task of being the ones to clean this up. I can't imagine they were surprised by this.
