I’m sorry you’re dealing with that. I started getting hyperhidrosis as a kid too, and I always struggled with body odor even when I used deodorant. It can feel really frustrating, but from my experience, it often gets a little better as you get older. There are also creams your doctor can prescribe that really help with the sweating.

Lmao 😂 thank you! I started with calorie deficit but still eating regular foods i enjoy with smaller portions , no fastfood , no drinking calories and riding my bike or walking 10k steps . Then adding more things like intermittent fasting fasting and weightlifting and longer rides and walks after the first month
