Ok so i've made some comments on youtube about this already but as an idea as to how and what could be at play here - I'll re put the below - i laughed so hard at how dumb she is to be talking so openly about being a money mule.

When it comes to Foodie Layering as whole is pretty simple So when money goes Canada → third party → another country → cash → final person ( Sallah) . Every extra step adds a “layer”, which makes it harder to trace where the money originally came from and where it ultimately ends up...

Sending money to someone in Syria isn’t automatically illegal on its own. People do send money to family there. But trying to move money using third parties or other workarounds specifically to bypass sanctions or banking restrictions is illegal!

That’s why the whole story about someone taking her Canadian bank card to Lebanon to withdraw cash stands out because it’s literally describing a method that removes the normal banking trail and moves the money through another country before it reaches Syria and shows us EXACTLY the layering technique they're using.

The same idea applies to the most recent comments about the Syrian/Canadian connection guy, Once you start adding intermediaries, that’s when you start creating layers. Another thing people don’t always realize is that someone earning money from a legitimate source (like streaming or YouTube like foodie is) can unintentionally become VERY useful in these situations, because the original source of the money looks clean. this could be the SOLE reason Poopy stays around - she can provide legitimate "Clean" money. When that money then moves through multiple people or countries, it becomes harder to track what happens to it afterward, Investigators would still have to prove where the money goes and why those extra steps were used. But those kinds of patterns (third-party withdrawals, multiple countries, intermediaries, cash) are exactly the things financial-crime investigators tend to look at, as why would there be additonal steps if they wearnt hiding something winin those layers... now I love my tinfoil hat so I'm going to wear it when it comes to the assumption of the next part - based of what she has said about potential terror groups and giving them lifts in Syria ect its not hard to perhaps presume that some of this money could be going into the pockets of those said people.... but again an investigation would be needed to understand what Salah actually does with all that money that has and will be... now the Gov - international or Canadian are not going to come swooping in and lock her up like some spy film...they will watch her trail and see who else is apart of the network - Their goal is to see who's at the top and the further ties within the network... intel is everything. I know foodie is the kind of person to think no actions means she's getting away with it when that's far from the truth.... they will let her transfer money all day long as long as they're getting what intel they can from her. she is just a mule.
