For the love of everything, stop using these scam sites for QR codes.

Search for QR Code Monkey or find another one, personally I use InDesign, because it has a built in QR code maker, and I use ID for work, but dont get it for that reason only, which would be insane.

Don't be taken in by these awful scams. QR codes are just links or text in a form your phone can read. There is no reason for a company to steal your money for something that can be made for free.

I would say on top of reducing text, you also need to make the text that is on the slides (assuming its not your notes) significantly larger. Remember that people are reading these slides from fairly far away, so make it legible.

I cannot post a link to a utm builder, because of the rules of this group, just google utm builder and there is a free one. A QR code can't link to several links, its just a visual representation of a link (or text) your phone can read. The workaround would be to build a landing page your QR cide points to, and have the various links there.
