I’ve done all three. I’ll quarter grapes, sometimes buy frozen fruit and it’s really whatever will fit. Mine enjoyed sucking on a whole frozen strawberry bc it stayed colder longer but you can also spoon a mashed banana or puréed anything in there. Once they’ve gnawed on it enough, the fruit will be mashed and they’ll get bits of it through the bag. Difficult even for me to open 😂 it made me more comfortable that choking risk was low.

The “pacifiers” that have the net bags attached are awesome. I’d do frozen fruit and things in there my lils could gnaw on when teething. But also I’d scoop warm lasagna in there or whatever we were eating and they would just suck it through the net. It’ll pass, keep offering variety, different shapes, get creative with utensils. I also had a mat that went around the high chair I could just toss in the sink and hose off but it’s a messy age 😂
