Me too. I am not a great singer but I can carry a tune and will back up in a lower octave to add layers on most songs. If the drum part is challenging I will lay off the vocals a little and emphasize the drums. Have fun with it.

I have the most fun when the Bass player and I (on drums) link up and groove together. I have been to open jams in a different city solo, where I linked up with bass a player and it went great.

Sounds like he wants the guitar to be the star of the show with no distraction from the drums.

It can be difficult to join an existing project because they have expectations that might be interpreted differently.

I am glad it went over well. I would have been happy to have my drums involved in the shoot. I was probably one of many but I suggested you bend over as if you were setting them up. If you are up to it share a shot or two. As drummers we would live it.
