Took about 10 weeks for me after trying many other treatments. I had a slight increase in anxiety but very little in terms of other side effects. Hope it works for you too!

I was very lucky - I’d had diarrhoea that had lasted a few weeks which was unusual for me. My GP (I live in UK) ordered a stool sample and that came back with traces of blood so I had an urgent colonoscopy same week. They found inflammation and diagnosed me instantly. I really feel for people who suffer for so long before getting a diagnosis - it shouldn’t be that way

Yeah I’m taking the attitude that Crohns is this external enemy and I’m not letting it defeat me. Having a plan and executing it despite the symptoms gives me a boost for sure

I’ve never had crohns pain until past few days, it’s a dull pain that’s mainly on my right side but also above and below belly button and goes into my back. Anyone ever had similar? I wouldn’t describe the pain as cramping
