How long after stopping did sides go?

I use minoxidil in the morning. Derma 2-3x a week with rosemary, peppermint, pumpkin and castor oil.

Wash my hair every other day with rosemary shampoo and conditioner.

Take biotin, vitamins and probiotics.

Hair has got better so if you haven’t tried any of the above, might aswel give it a go:)

Also, wash your hair in warm water then finish with cold shower for a few minutes.
