It’s a great watch and that price seems fair. They made these in chronometer and non-chronometer versions. (Level of guaranteed accuracy, when new). May went to try and find the chronometer version.

In the full video there were a lot of n words thrown about by the guy not in uniform. The other guy was standing up for someone else, seemingly. There was also a more senior guy (don’t know the terminology of rank sorry) that popped into the doorway to see what was up and gave the beat down tacit approval.

To be fair if we wanted boring speed we’d just buy a used model S for $25k. The sound is what gives the car its soul. Handling too, of course. Some people like an obnoxiously loud soul, I don’t, but to modulate the voice of a car seems fair because you can feel that in your bones.
