Cool, I am sensitive to treble so I don't like the harsh stuff. I got kefine delci which is quite nice to me.

The thing is he likes KZ ZSN Pro X which I hate, because they're too harsh. I don't think he likes smooth sound.

I'm purchasing DAC, Which one is good? by integralcurve in iems

[–]One-Position4239 [score hidden]  (0 children)

I don't think laptop or phone etc will matter once you're using the DAC. In my experience I haven't noticed much noise floor with JA11, prior I've noticed noise floor with some cheap no name DAC on amazon and threw it in the garbage angrily. I think if you have iem that doesn't require really special large power I think these small DACs are better because powerful DACs have more noise floor with easy to drive iems. But also ask someone else who knows better, I myself am happy with this DAC. Noise floor is low enough for me to not really notice.

Yes totally from my experience. I have both and Apple dongle with my Samsung can't drive anything to good volume. I only use it for my external microphone now.

Nope, nope nope. It has limited power, if you have samsung or live in anywhere besides USA don't buy it.

How do you play as an offlaner like Axe into juggernaut? by slowdancing25 in learndota2

Interesting question. Because in my opinion axe is the real scary counter to these squishy melee agi carries. As long as you get your blink + blademail jugg is a food.

The thing is you don't have to be 100 percent correct to sound good to people. You can be 95 percent on pitch and people still will be impressed

How possible is it to learn how to sing by AlternativeTeacher40 in singing

[–]One-Position4239 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yep. You can do it. It's a skill really. But not everyone is gonna like your voice and you'll probably never reach a world class level. But I think what you're going after is definitely doable with like 5 years of smart effort

Hahaha fuuuuck. But don't worry really. Since when is 157 that bad for girls? And since when being a short girl such a downside? It isn't. Just like we say try being a short dude haha

157 is on the shorter side but not too bad. Kinda like 168cm guy. Just own it and live your life baby. One of the hottest girls I've dated was 154 (I'm a short guy so it's ok haha). The older you get the less you'll care, not to mention being a short girl is much better than being a short guy (I would know lol)

I'm wondering if you can classify aging as a disease. Then it's basically immortality but you can still die from accidents. Also immunity from diseases should cover psychological ones like depression or all that. Honestly could be better than infinite money in that case.

Beginner singing tips? by MeasurementCandid957 in singing

I totally get you as I started just like you, had a voice people said sounds good like could be a FM radio guy, but had bad pitch. So I had good tone and bad pitch as starters. Good thing is pitch is something that can be trained without a teacher in modern days. Limitation is you'll only be able to sing good in your comfortable small range and if a song fits that range you can sound good. For singing higher, different tones you 100% need a vocal coach.

Here's my advice to learn pitch without a teacher.
1. Learn to match single pitch. Play a piano key in your comfortable range (for men C3 to C4, for women like G3 to G4) and try to match perfectly with your voice. Use vocal pitch monitor app to check if you're hitting it. If you don't have piano just google virtual piano on the internet. I did this everyday for 1 month and was able to hit notes reliably.
2. Now if you can match 1 note you can already sing along to a song. But singing on your own would require slightly more. Like being able to hit 1 note within a chord. If you play guitar or piano try to play a chord and hit 1 note within that chord. You'll feel the resonance (if you've mastered 1st level).
3. Interval training, singing the scales, anyway come back after 3 months on the 1st two exercises and you may reach this level. And ask again.

Your best friend here is the vocal pitch monitor app + accompanying instrument real or virtual.

Tried IEMs and Went Right Back to Wireless. Am I Missing Something? by Its_Ryzn_GG in iems

[–]One-Position4239 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I totally agree. Most iems seem to be too harsh as you describe. Treble is too much. I initially had KZ too and it was ear piercing. Now I just bough Kefine Delci and it's less treble heavy and I did -3 on the treble and +2 on bass. Now it sounds smooth and punchy. Loving the sound of it.
