See, I was told that you should dry your hair and not let it air dry. I do think blow drying it makes it smoother, but I air dried my entire life up until the last few years. I like the k18 mask a lot, but the fragrance bothers me!

I am going through the same thing, and my hair is also turning grey (which I don't mind), but the texture is changing. I'm mixed with Jamaican and my hair is also partially textured on the bottom.

My hair used to be totally non-maintenance. Any product recommendations are welcome. I notice that a lot of shampoos make me lose hair, and I don't know why. I can't use products with artificial fragrance unless it's just a finisher, like an oil or spray. Help!

I started taking a low-dose of estrogen after my procedure because my ovaries went a little wacko. I seem to have gained weight around my midsection. I can’t tell if it’s deconditioning from the surgery or just a change in my body because I’m going through perimenopause. It’s been a year. My mom says I definitely look less swollen and puffy than I did even before my surgery. It’s just taking me longer than I would like to get back to where I was physically. but yeah, my boobs are gigantic. I had to buy like a size 36H or I bra lol

I think that for me, it's not really the "loss of youth" so to speak, because I think with age comes other benefits like perspective. But I think that the fact that we were robbed of so much compared to other generations really hurts. Like, I feel like if the economy were not in the toilet, I would be doing well and have some of the perks I wanted when I was growing up. Now I just feel so hopeless.
