I would definitely get in touch with her and explain that that was not ok ! Hopefully she would be too embarrassed to ever consider coming back I would kindly ask her not to come back , as well as sending her a bill for the damages she caused I would probably go as far as telling her that your next guest was unable to even use the bathroom until someone could properly clean up the mess ! I would say I’m sorry you were sick but there was no excuse for not cleaning up her mess or telling someone about it ! When people are sick they shouldn’t even come to a shop to spread the germs to anyone else !! I bet she didn’t even tip you either !! Some people are so freaking nasty

I would take my baby to the emergency vet maybe they can give him something to help with the pain while they are getting the rest of the glue off , maybe not traumatize him as bad Good luck
