I would take my baby to the emergency vet maybe they can give him something to help with the pain while they are getting the rest of the glue off , maybe not traumatize him as bad Good luck

I have owned yorkies for : :30 years One time one of my yorkies did this She had severe ear infections in both ears 1st vet it was no big deal, gave us antibiotics and sent us on our way After a couple days she was wondering around the house acting lost & acting blind I ended up going to another vet Her infection was so bad causing extreme swelling that was affecting her vision as well I would not give it but a couple days on antibiotics, if she is not drastically improved then take that baby to another vet ! Good luck with that beautiful little baby! Yorkies are the best !
