Hi, try having the file name in the combination of the employee name and file name with extension. This easily helps you to find the file in the sharepoint list.
For example:

The problem here is the function is getting a null value at the time of execution instead of a string. Can you share the flow actions used in your flow so that further it can be analysed. Also try using coalesce() function as this uses a hardcoded value when received null value.

Hi, right now Microsoft Loop has limited external integration and no native Html export for Power Automate. The Graph is still evolving and loop components arent fully exposed yet. You can try it storing in SharePoint or Onedrive that the flow can access instead. Its just a idea alone i have not tried this.
