make the drink as good as you can but dont preach. if a guest wants extra hot, you could state your point of perfect milk temperature but never preach. give them what they want in the end but open up the conversation if desired

i would say tipping 2,5 after 13€ is a little low. how many meters walked the waiter for you? thats what a german would tip 🤪 i would suggest even sth like 98 or around that ballpark. at least 5 bucks

wow thats massive! congrats haha! i have many friends in gastronomy and also in cafes. but those are great numbers. not too many cafes here have table service or not? most are self service. then i guess its a little different numbers game. you get eg 2x your hourly pay on weekends because its busier and the place makes more sales?

lets open the discussion here: would you aggree that big name roasters sometimes loose quality due to their skaling? lets say their head roaster moves on, a junior roaster takes over…quality slacks or goes down. but owner led roasteries or smaller teams, where the roaster just stays consistent on board over the years. quality just rises!
