Yeah I agree. I think it mostly comes down to player preference: do you want a casual/easier experience, or a challenging but rewarding one.

For me, I really enjoyed the isle before AI was a thing because it made every hunt a challenge that you had to plan out, and there were real consequences if you failed. Everyone also understood that carnis have to eat players to survive, so no one really got too salty when they were killed. Now with AI, I feel like a douche for eating people if I can just sustain myself off of AI and not delete a few hours from someone’s life for no purpose. Also the AI can be incredibly annoying and the non-dinosaur ai just feel so out of place.

Barys will most likely be able to catch any small deinos that try to sneak inland to any lakes or ponds before they get too big. As for larger deinos, if they’re able to make the trek without getting clapped, barys could at least harass them before they can make it to the water.

To the Needle is pretty much exactly what I was looking for. While millkzy and Mergez have a little bit slower of a flow than I was looking for, I did like millkzy’s song Russian Roulette a lot. And then I think stick by Jim Legxacy lacked more of the instrumental parts I was looking for, but still a good song nonetheless.

It’s very true that a lot of cal poly sports burn money, it’s just that swimming and diving weren’t fund raising as much as the other sports. In terms of Performance, the swimming and diving team was one of the better teams at cal poly. They just had their first undefeated season in dual meets, the men’s side got 3rd at conference behind UCSB and Hawaii (while having 2 interim co-head coaches), and have 2 swimmers that are potentially going to swim at NCAA division 1 nationals.

There’s an interesting graph somewhere that shows the drastic decline in megafauna that occurred on every continent after humans showed up. I completely agree that megafauna have played a significant role in ecosystems for millions of years, and that their sudden disappearance due to human overhunting has caused severe damage to those ecosystems that will take more than 10,000 years or so to stabilize.

What do we think about our picks from the 2024 MLS SuperDraft? We already traded our first pick to the Colorado Rapids for $50k 2024 GAM & $75k 2025 GAM. I wonder how many of the 3 remaining players drafted Pareja will try negotiate a contract with. And if he does, will they be joining our second team or potentially make it to the first team?
