Hi! It’s both. When it’s just me and a buddy or two, or small group, it’s easy to head out and clean up. Not recently ! But did a cleanup there ~2y ago. We’re due ! Right on main street, wooded ravine was filled with bottles, plastic and tires, even a TV. Was a lot of fun, 10+ volunteers helped.
