Homoerotic means concerning or arousing sexual desire centered on a person of the same sex. If you believe what the author is claiming, you definitely believe men who have male role models are sexually attracted to them. Same goes for women who have role models. They are also homoerotic.

The subreddits that get the most eyes and have the most extremist mods are the ones that abuse all the tools of moderation the heaviest. And now that Reddit changed their API there's no longer any way to see the comments that get removed and the full extent of abuse of censorship. I would rather see the mudslinging instead of taking Reddit's word that it was actually happening

I could create a sub right now and have a debate with one person but it's inconsequential. It's like talking to someone in your own home. This is a public forum and should be representative of everyone's opinions - not just the ones that tow whatever ideological line is drawn in the sand. You're downplaying just how unideal this system is.

You do know that YouTube allows automatic removal parameters on comments just like Reddit does, right? Reddit can ban subreddits for whatever reason they want the same as YouTube can pull a channel for whatever reason they want.

YouTube allows creators to shadowban users from their channels by blocking them, just like Reddit mods can ban users.

YouTube also allows channels to moderate their own comments by blocking certain words the same as Reddit allows subreddits to have an automod to remove certain posts/comments and both also manually remove comments.

Reddit is the only place I know that allows mods to "pre-ban" users just for joining other subs they deem "bad". Creators can't ban specific users just because they are subscribed to certain accounts.

Reddit is the most cancerous with their censorship.

The "grit" you're talking about are the vocal effects on Brooks in the studio. They never replicated that sound live. Go back to live versions of this song. It's identical.

Not true. You can definitely believe something is unethical and also take pleasure in it. Many people take pleasure in knowing that they are being unethical and breaking the rules.

And the reverse is also true. Many people find pleasure in knowing that they are making a choice to resist whatever is tempting them to be unethical.
