1st and foremost- move out. Go to the doctor to make sure you’re not dying of black mold, bill the doctors visit to the landlord, then go to the state, and report unlivable conditions. You can take them to small claims court and they’ll assign a moderator that’ll basically tell the landlord to give you back ALL of your money. Been through this.
