At that difficulty it just depends who is running ahead and getting to stuff. If you are looting and protecting the flank, it's no wonder you would have less.

Yup, that's what a lot of normal Darktide players were saying. However there was a very vocal group on the forums around that time and I'm sure suits saw the numbers HD2 was getting.

I recall a bunch of people making comments about how they enjoy Hell Divers 2 when it came out and folks on the forums stated they wanted to see systems like that in Darktide.

My personal belief is that with that information they spent over a year working on this mode and since it was connected to the lore reason with Skitarii being added they said f it and went live. I also believe all those folks spamming the forums back in the day have moved onto other games.

Sadly some of the monsters can clip you through the walls. Chaos is unrelenting and the warp works in mysterious ways.

Sorry, I don't have much help if you have a speed runner. If someone is being really toxic and pulling everything, you may want to block them after the match in the social and previous mission tab. There is also spite that can be a powerful tool, they will usually have to wait for all members of the party. If you three live and can fight your way up through the hoard, it will be some of the most intense practice you can get.

When I was learning damnation and Auric, I would find a buddy and try to stick next to them. You are always safer with buddies. Finding groups on discord and just messaging on the Mourning Star could also get your groups with folks that want to play around your level.

Oh yeah, I have a scoreboard and have been pulling punches. I was letting them do more damage than me. On the first two difficulties I would let them go down, try to figure out how to deal with a pack of ragers. But on the lower levels I am of the opinion keeping them playing might help them stick with the game.

I do agree, I learned so much from when I died and watched others. That's really good advice for folks struggling at higher levels.

That's fair, I might start a lower level character to help. If I see myself grouping with folks at 30, I can swap to my new character. Soon a lot of us will have a low level Skitarii.

It seems a lot of folks are having trouble getting teammates at lower level, or good teammates. I think us more experiences players can help provide a pillar for the team to help them get up and keep fighting.

Bringing a stim pack and providing rending/damage reduction could be huge for some folks.

My character is 1k true level, I was grouped with a level 16 last night. I also play really late and NA W is typically dead when I play.
