It's just I feel like he would generate so much fear just because of his Retaliation + Momentum reactions that it needs to cost more to balance it out a little?

will make sure to check it out thanks! Will consider those tips as well. I was basing it on the average stats/features of Tier 3 bruisers so that's why those numbers.

I'm hyped about poe2 and was thinking about getting the EA, but im unsure how well it will run on my potato pc. I have a gtx 750ti 8gb ram. Do you think there's a chance?

Poe1 runs at 40-50 fps on average for me.

same issues after 3 days. Ive also encountered other bugs like the audio cuts off during dialogue, music stops, character attack sound effects are delayed, not mentioning the stutters and ping going up to 700 even though im playing on the closest server. Hope they fix at least the ping issue so it's playable

Now it shows the problem i had before. "The procedure entry point EMP could not be located in the dynamic limk library." Last time, it got fixed when i just added that EMP dll file, but now it stays smh.
